Mrs. Rouse teaches English II, Service Learning, and Teacher Cadet. She has a BA in English from Clemson University and a Masters in Education from Converse College. She is also a National Board Certified teacher. Mrs. Rouse, her husband, and their three sons live in the Taylors community.
