Ms. Schonhar graduated from Furman University with her bachelor’s degree in English and her Master’s degree in Education (Literacy). In May 2021, she earned her Master’s of Science degree in Instructional Design and Learning Technology. This is her twelfth year at GMC, where she teaches English I, Student Leadership, Creative Writing, and Young Adult Literature; she is also a mentor teacher on the Instructional Support Team. She and her daughter live in Taylors.
