Intern Portal Information

To access the online portfolio app to submit hours, please visit, or click here, and login with your account information. If you do not have an account, check your email for an invitation from and sign up with your name and password.

Once you are logged in, select Submit Hours and click the “Add” button to add hours. Select the time in and time out with 15 minute increments (ex. 2:30-5:45). The app will automatically calculate the hours for you. Then add notes on what you did during your time at your internship under the “Notes” section. After you submit your hours, your business partner will receive an email asking them to approve or deny your hours.
